Shipping & Returns

Your delivery rate is set by destination and shown in full at checkout before you pay. Orders are picked and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Every item we sell ships with a tracking number — no exceptions, no untracked economy options at checkout.

• Your tracking number is emailed the moment your parcel is scanned by the carrier
• Track any order from your account under Orders
• Door-to-door scanning, including the final delivery leg
• If tracking has not updated for 7 days, contact us and we will open a carrier trace or reship

Orders within Finland and the European Union are delivered with no further charges. The total shown at checkout is the total you pay.

Orders outside the European Union are exports. They may be subject to import VAT, customs duty and a carrier handling fee, charged to you by the carrier or customs authority when the parcel arrives.

• These charges are set by your own country, not by us, and are not included in the checkout total
• They must be paid before the carrier will release your parcel
• Rates and duty-free thresholds vary by destination — check your national customs authority if you are unsure
• Refused parcels returned to us due to unpaid import charges are refunded less the outbound and return shipping cost

Every parcel travels with a customs declaration stating the contents and their value. We cannot mark an order as a gift or declare a lower value — doing so is a customs offence.

If something is not right, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

• Items must be unused and in original condition with all packaging
• Start a return from your account, or contact us directly
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of the return arriving
• Faulty or damaged items are replaced at our cost
