Terms of Service

1. Who you are buying from

This store is operated by KS Nordic, trading as Avyreno. These terms form the agreement between you and us when you place an order.

2. Placing an order

Product listings are an invitation to buy, not a binding offer. Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. If an item turns out to be unavailable or incorrectly priced, we may decline the order and refund you in full.

To order you must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Prices and payment

• All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable
• Shipping costs are shown in full at checkout before you pay
• Payment is taken at the time of purchase through our secure payment provider
• Orders shipped outside the EU may attract import VAT, customs duty and carrier handling fees payable on arrival — see our Shipping page
• We may correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch, with the option to cancel

4. Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery estimates are shown on our Shipping page and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the agreed delivery period, you may cancel it and receive a full refund.

5. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. We voluntarily extend this to 30 days. Full details of how to withdraw, which items are excluded and how refunds are paid are set out in our Refund Policy.

6. Legal guarantee of conformity

Goods must match their description and be fit for their normal purpose. If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described, you are entitled to have it repaired or replaced free of charge or, where that is not possible, to a price reduction or a full refund. This statutory guarantee applies for a minimum of two years from delivery and is in addition to your right of withdrawal.

7. Product safety and intended use

Safety, handling and disposal information is published on each product page, together with the details of our EU responsible person for safety enquiries. Please use every product only for its intended purpose and follow the instructions supplied with it.

8. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account. You may not use this store for unlawful purposes, attempt to interfere with its security, scrape it by automated means, or resell products in a way that breaches applicable law.

9. Intellectual property

The Avyreno name, logo, product photography, copy and site design are our property or used under licence, and may not be copied or reused commercially without our written permission.

10. Liability

We are liable for foreseeable loss caused by our failure to meet these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for defective products, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under Finnish or EU law. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

11. Complaints and disputes

Please contact us first at support@avyreno.co — most issues are resolved quickly. If we cannot agree, a consumer resident in Finland may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi) after first contacting the Consumer Advisory Services. Consumers elsewhere in the EU can seek assistance from the European Consumer Centre in their country.

12. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by Finnish law. If you are a consumer resident in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of that country. We may update these terms; the version published at the time you place your order is the one that applies to it.
